Mantle's native token, MNT, serves as both a gas token and a governance token within the ecosystem. It is used for transaction fees, governance voting, staking, and ecosystem incentives. The network's modular architecture separates execution, settlement, and data layers, utilizing EigenDA for efficient data storage.
