About Sophon
Sophon is a blockchain network identified by chain ID 50104, utilizing the native currency SOPH with 18 decimal places. It operates as a Layer 2 solution within the ZKsync Elastic Chain, leveraging zero-knowledge proofs to enhance scalability and efficiency. Launched in December 2024, Sophon focuses on consumer-oriented applications, particularly in the entertainment sector, including gaming, social platforms, and digital experiences.
