Stable Chain Support: RouteMesh Now Routes Stable Mainnet and Testnet
About Stable
Stable is a Layer 1 blockchain where USD₮ (USDT0) is the native gas token and settlement asset. It is fully EVM-compatible, so standard Ethereum tooling works unchanged. Block time is approximately 0.7 seconds with single-slot finality.
The gas token USDT0 has 18 decimals and is both the chain's native asset and an ERC-20 on Stable. STABLE is the governance token. Stable uses a base-fee-only model where maxPriorityFeePerGas should always be 0.
Stable supports x402 pay-per-request API payments and agent settlement rails, where AI agents pay per request in USDT0 and settle within the request lifecycle. EIP-7702 is supported, allowing externally owned accounts to run smart-contract logic for agent and batching use cases.
The explorer is Stablescan at stablescan.xyz.
RouteMesh Support Details
RouteMesh supports Stable Mainnet and Stable Testnet with full support level. RouteMesh aggregates 24+ providers across 1,100+ chains with automatic routing.
On RouteMesh, Stable Mainnet has 5 nodes in sync across 5 providers: dwellir, chainid.network, alchemy, linkpool, and chainstack. Stable Testnet has 3 nodes in sync from alchemy, chainid.network, and linkpool.
The Stable Mainnet observed block time on RouteMesh was p50 0.702s and p95 0.702s based on 402,120 calls tracked in the October 19, 2026 snapshot. These figures reflect that specific snapshot and are not guarantees.
Why RouteMesh and Stable
Stable's focus on machine payments, including x402 and agent settlement, requires reliable, low-latency RPC. Builders on Stable can route RPC traffic through RouteMesh without changing EVM tooling. RouteMesh provides one routing layer across 1,100+ chains, now including a chain where gas is USDT.
RouteMesh is a routing layer and is not affiliated with Stable or Tether.
Get Started with RouteMesh
Build on Stable with RouteMesh. Visit routeme.sh to get started and connect your application to Stable Mainnet or Testnet through RouteMesh. Use your RouteMesh RPC endpoint with your existing EVM tools to access automatic routing and provider failover.
For chain configuration, see the Stable mainnet information and connection guide.
