About Mars Credit
Mars Credit (MARS) is a Layer 1 blockchain network launched as a fork of Ethereum's Proof-of-Work (PoW) system. It is designed to support the economic and operational needs of Mars colonization, featuring larger block sizes and a faster consensus mechanism to enhance transaction throughput and efficiency.
The network utilizes the native currency, Mars Credit (MARS), with 18 decimal places. It is compatible with Ethereum's Virtual Machine (EVM), allowing for seamless integration with existing Ethereum tools and ecosystems.
Mars Credit employs a Proof-of-Work consensus mechanism, ensuring a secure and decentralized network. The blockchain is accessible via RPC endpoints.
The network's primary focus is to provide the financial infrastructure necessary for interplanetary colonization efforts, facilitating mining, decentralized applications, and a sustainable economy on Mars.
