About PulseChain
PulseChain is a Layer 1 blockchain network identified by chain ID 369, developed by Richard Heart, the founder of HEX. Launched on May 12, 2023, PulseChain is a fork of the Ethereum blockchain, designed to address issues such as high gas fees, slow transaction times, and network congestion. It offers faster block times of 10 seconds compared to Ethereum's 12 seconds, and significantly lower transaction fees.
The native currency of PulseChain is Pulse (PLS), which is used for transaction fees, staking, and participating in the network's consensus mechanism. PulseChain employs a Proof of Stake (PoS) consensus model, enhancing energy efficiency and scalability.
PulseChain maintains full compatibility with Ethereum, allowing for seamless asset bridging and interaction between the two ecosystems. This interoperability enables developers to port existing Ethereum-based applications to PulseChain with minimal adjustments.
Users can access PulseChain through various RPC endpoints and block explorers.
